Justin Bieber was spotted waving to fans from a balcony at the Hotel Copacabana Palace in Brazil on Wednesday (October 5).
Justin looked cute in a maroon t-shirt as he and his posse had fun with the crowd – at one point dangling a Brazilian flag over the ledge.
