Justin Bieber was spotted showing some love from his hotel balcony in Mexico City on Saturday (October 1). Justin offered up a big wave while tweeting, “MEXICO CITY!! I can hear the fans outside the hotel. #MUCHLOVE – TE AMO MUCHO!”
