Justin arrived in Brazil several hours ago and hundreds of fans were at the airport in Rio de Janerio to welcome him to their country. Few hundreds of fans were also waiting in front of Justin Bieber hotel in Rio.
What about Selena Gomez? According to reports on Twitter, Selena was spotted making her way to Brazil via Argentina, where she was allegedly detained for 2 hours due to visa problems.
Reporter Gabe Simas claims that Selena is hiding out at the Faena Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Gabe tweeted:

However other reports say that Selena is at the Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro with Justin.
