Justin Bieber Among Billboard TOP Artists – Best of 2011
Its almost the end of the year of 2011, Justin Bieber once again charted high on the Top Artists of the Year Chart. Competition was tough this year, with great artists such as Adele, Rihanna, and Katy Perry cranking out hit after hit. But Justin still managed to place at #9 on the 2011 Top artist chart this year, down just one spot from 2010.
