Selena Gomez was recently spotted with a new tattoo on her right wrist. The new tattoo widely reported to be a heart. But no, it’s not! Selena tells Access Hollywood the ink is actually an ode to her love of music.

Selena told Access Hollywood at The Fifth Annual Women in Film Pre-Oscar party in LA on Friday:
“It’s a music note, Everybody thought that it was a heart for some reason, but music is a big influence in my life. I was named after a singer, I’m a singer and a lot of other personal reasons. So, that’s what I got.”
When asked about a diamond-studded ring given by Justin in the shape of a “J”, Selly said:
“No, no — that’s like almost a friendship ring. It’s just for fun.”
