Justin Bieber in London, UK! He waved to the crowds outside as he left the BBC Radio studios, but had a sequined skull scarf tied over his mouth.
Justin wore a slightly sparkly black leather jacket, with a grey hoodie underneath, and black jeans teamed with black trainers.
