Justin Bieber #1 Spot Billboard 21 Under 21 List, Beating Selena, Cody Simpson, Nick Jonas and More
Billboard recently released their 21 Under 21 — an annual list of the top 21 artists who are under the age of 21. These musical minors have worked their butts off in the past year to achieve total music domination.
Woohoo!! Justin Bieber took the #1 spot, followed by rapper Tyler, Selena Gomez, andAmerican idol winner, Scotty McCreery. Taylor Swift is not on the list because she will turn 22 this December 13, but she took #1 spot on last year’s 2010 list.
