Justin Bieber had a big night Sunday at the American Music Awards: He rocked a velvet suit, performed “Mistletoe” and did a surprise “Shufflin” dance performance with LMFAO at the end of the show.

Oh yeah, and he lost the award  . Bruno Mars beat out Justin in the Favorite Pop/Rock Male Category.

But Justin said, it’s all cool:

“Happy for my dude @brunomars- couldnt have gone to a better guy. well deserved.”

“With my fans Im a winner every day. #Ilovemyfans. We are a #FAMILY”
