Justin Bieber offered up the one middle-finger salute as he arrived at Mr Chows Restaurant in London, England yesterday (November 14).
Making for his last day in the UK capital city, Justin ate dinner with a group of friends, including a cute young lady who sat alongside Justin at the table. /Source: celebrity-gossip.net
