Feeling Sick, Justin Bieber Vomit during Concert in Philipines

Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Justin Bieber was so sick during his concert in Manila on Wednesday that he “was seen vomiting backstage in between songs.”

A doctor saw Bieber before the concert, a tour insider exclusively tells PerezHilton.com. He has been diagnosed with a bad chest infection.

“Justin was advised to either cancel the show or do an abbreviated set, But he insisted on going on. So they cut down the show, but once the show started he kept going.” One source tells Perez.

Justin Bieber ended up doing his normal, 90 minute set for his Filipino fans! Despite being very very sick!
