Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez shocked viewers by kissing on the lips during the live broadcast of ABC’s Billboard Music Awards.
The lip lock came after Justin’s winning the second award of the evening, just as cameras hit him before heading on stage to accept the Best New Artist award. See the picture evidence above.
Justin and Selena reportedly arrived at the Las Vegas award show together, though Selena walked the red carpet solo.
