Justin Bieber, Chris Brown, Katy Perry, Rosario Dawson and many other celebrities have found themselves being subjected to criticism for embracing the “planking” craze.
Rapper Xzibit took to his Twitter and blasted the Internet fad in which people take pictures of themselves laying face down in bizarre places.

Xzibit tweeted on July 6: “Planking is THE dumbest shit ever. #Planking was a way to transport slaves on ships during the slave trade, its not funny,” he wrote. “Educate yourselves.”

Justin Bieber has posted a photo of himself planking in a yacht on Twitter. Chris Brown planking on a cabinet. Also, Katy Perry sharing a photo of herself laying face down in a yacht. Meanwhile, Rosario did the planking on Jimmy Kimmel’s set desk during an interview.
